BP Folio
BP Folio is a manual blood-pressure log for iPhone. You type in the numbers from your own cuff, add the time and an optional note, and the app keeps them in a tidy record you can read back later or show to a doctor.
A reading looks like 128 / 82 with an optional pulse, like 128 / 82 · 71. The app stores these entries on the phone. There is no account and no cloud copy. You can export a PDF or CSV yourself, and the doctor PDF is made on the device from the numbers you typed.
The phone cannot measure blood pressure. BP Folio only records numbers you enter by hand. It does not diagnose and it does not give medication advice.
